Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Amount is in Singapore dollars and is subjected to prevailing Singapore Government taxes.

2. Cancellation Fees (i) : 50% up to 7 working days before the booked time slot.

3. Cancellation Fees (ii) : 100% if less than 3 working days before the booked time slot.

4. Any equipment rental, production services including photography & videography to be charged separately if requested.

5. TOFU DESIGN PTE LTD reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions of this agreement.

6. The Rentee will return the APARTMENTOFU studio in the original condition that it was rented.

7. In the event of damage to the equipment, property or premises of the APARTMENTOFU studio, The Rentee agrees to bear 100% of the repair costs unless otherwise negotiated.

8. The Rentee shall make every effort to ensure that safe distancing measures are observed and adhered to strictly based on the latest prevailing guidelines set by IMDA and relevant Government authorities.

9. ART tests are required of all personnel and crew of rentee prior to entering the premises of APARTMENTOFU studio.
An info log of The Rentee's personnel and crew's particulars and art test results may be requested at any time, if required.

10. The Rentee with its personnel and crew are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the use of APARTMENTOFU studio; APARTMENTOFU studio and/or TOFU DESIGN PTE LTD will not be responsible for any losses, hurt or injuries incurred during the course of their time at the studio venue.
